Summary for 2008 - 2010

Anna Hesselgren has during August 2008 had a solo exhibition at Nationalgalleriet in the Old Town of Stockholm. This show was the first part in the interactive project StillAlive - Man as the Place. Then in October 2008 she has conducted at Weld in Stockholm StillAlive - Man as the Place # 2, an installation with objects and a following performance with twenty volunteers.

As one of the four members in the art- and performance group Gloria, Anna has participated in a " Light Performance " in the memory of the artist Kjartan Slettemark in December 2008.

During March 2008 Anna has held a talk about the project StillAlive - Man as the Place for the art teacher Leon Kühn and his art class at the Internationella Engelska Gymnasiet in Stockholm.

Anna has conducted StillAlive - Man as the Place in the city of Växjö in collaboration with and invited by the Växjö Art Hall / Nicholas Hansson in May 2009.

In June at the Summer Solstice 2009 the art group Gloria made a performance at dawn on a plateau at Gammelgarn, Gotland. In connection to this event Anna participated at the exhibition of Gloria members at Gallery Gunilla Larsén.

In December 2009 Anna has participated with an object of the project StillAlive - Man as the Place at the Jubilee show " Inferno - Purgatorio - Paradiso " at Konstnärshuset in Stockholm.

In April 2010 Anna participated at the Jubilee Show of The Association of Swedish Female Artists 100 years.

In August 2010 Anna is invited to participate at the art manifestation URSÄKTA, arr. Borås Konstmuseum, with StillAlive - Man as the place # 4.

In the spring of 2011 Anna is invited to participate with StillAlive - Man as the place # 5 at KonstGut Bardenhagen arranging the project " Search and Found " with 15 European artists.
